Welcome to RediSwap. By accessing our public web interfaces, directory feeds, or account dashboards, you agree to be bound by the following platform trading rules.

1. User Account Responsibilities

Users must provide genuine information during community sign-up. Sellers assume full ownership and legal responsibility for the validity, status, and description accuracy of the physical hardware items they upload to the dashboard queue.

2. Permitted Marketplace Inventory

This workspace is strictly reserved for legal mobile devices and gaming hardware (e.g., iPhones, PlayStations, Xbox systems). Listing unauthorized duplicates, stolen equipment, components, or non-tech items is explicitly prohibited and will result in permanent profile suspension.

3. In-Person Handoff Safety Disclaimer

RediSwap operates purely as an un-brokered directory system. We do not participate in, insure, or process transactions between users. Users assume all situational liability when scheduling local meetups. We strongly advise meeting exclusively in high-traffic, public, well-lit spaces to verify equipment before concluding any financial trade.

4. Listing Moderation & Admin Control

The platform administration team reserves the complete right to reject, hold, amend, or completely delete any classified listing submission that violates platform safety metrics or community standards without prior notification.
